Who is this service for?
This service is designed for researchers, academic institutions, media outlets, and news organizations that require direct, unmodified access to KRT programming (KCTV, KCBS, Voice of Korea) for study and analysis. Please note: rebroadcasting is strictly prohibited under our terms, and archiving is not offered - we maintain our own archive.

The free public stream is re-encoded for web delivery at 1080p50 with compression to save bandwidth. What technical specifications should I expect?
The feed is delivered as captured from the Express-103 satellite. Technical specifications include H.264 High Profile video at 1920x1080 (1080i50 interlaced, 25fps progressive), stereo and mono MP2 audio streams (192 kbps stereo + dual 64 kbps mono channels). You'll receive the raw transport stream exactly as broadcast with all original audio tracks and metadata intact.
How is access provided?
Access is provided via secure streaming protocols (HLS, RTMP, or SRT) to your private server endpoint. You'll receive unique credentials and connection details. We can accommodate specific technical requirements and integrate with your existing infrastructure - just let us know your needs when you contact us.
What does the 98% SLA cover?
The 98% uptime guarantee covers our server infrastructure and satellite reception equipment. This excludes planned maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance) and circumstances beyond our control such as KCTV broadcast interruptions, satellite signal loss, or force majeure events. In practice, we maintain significantly higher uptime, but the SLA provides a contractual guarantee for your peace of mind.
Can I resell or redistribute the feed?
No. The feed is provided strictly for internal study, analysis, and editorial reference within your organization. Reselling, redistributing, rebroadcasting, or any public retransmission of the feed is strictly prohibited under our terms, and any such use will result in immediate termination of access.
